Getting Started
How do I get a new connection?
Call us at 01876-055561 or fill out the contact form. We'll verify availability in your area and schedule installation, usually within 24 hours.
Is there an installation fee?
We offer free installation for all new connections within our coverage areas in Magura.
What areas do you cover?
We currently serve Police Line, Stadium Para, Kukna, Sholoy, Akh Center, and Sajiyara in Magura. We're expanding monthly.
What equipment do I need?
We provide the router and all necessary cabling. You just need a device (phone, laptop, etc.) to connect.
Plans & Billing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bKash, Nagad, bank transfer, and cash payments at our office.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect from the next billing cycle.
Is there a contract or lock-in period?
No long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime with no penalties.
When is the billing date?
Bills are generated on the 1st of each month. Payment is due within 7 days.
Technical Support
My internet is slow. What should I do?
First, restart your router. If the issue persists, run a speed test and contact us with the results. Our team can diagnose remotely or visit your location.
What is BDIX?
BDIX (Bangladesh Internet Exchange) provides high-speed access to local content. All our plans include unlimited BDIX at full speed.
How do I access the FTP server?
Connect to our FTP server using any FTP client. The server address and login details are provided during installation.
Do you offer static IP?
Static IP is available with Standard plan (additional cost) and included free with Premium plan.
